The occasion celebrated the strengthening of bilateral relations, particularly in the field of employment opportunities for Filipino workers in Singapore.

The Philippines-Singapore Friendship Week provided a unique opportunity for representatives from both the Singaporean Ministry of Manpower and the Ministry of Health to present initiatives and programs that facilitate the employment movement of Filipino workers to Singapore. These programs are crucial in addressing the growing demand for skilled Filipino professionals in various sectors within Singapore.
